What consulting do you provide directly?
Our initial scope is practical requirements gathering, supplier comparison and project coordination. The engagement scope is agreed in writing before work begins.
Who provides technical or regulated advice?
Work requiring specific professional qualifications, regulated advice or technical sign-off must be delivered by an appropriately qualified appointed specialist. K.A. does not claim those credentials.
Can you help with an unusual requirement?
You can send a brief. We will first assess whether sourcing or coordination support is appropriate and whether a suitable provider can be identified.
How do you charge?
The scope, responsibilities and any sourcing, referral or coordination fee are explained and agreed in writing before the engagement proceeds.
